It is located at the intersection of Gogoľova-Údernícka streets and is a continuation of the previous project from the VI GROUP workshop. The apartment building Septimo 2 on Gogoľová. This area offers complete civic amenities as well as excellent transport accessibility to the center.

There are commercial premises on the ground floor of the building. The apartment units are located on the 1st to 4th floors in the composition of 3-room apartments, 2-room apartments and apartments. Parking is provided on the ground in the number of 8 parking spaces and in two underground floors accessible by elevator, where there are a total of 29 parking spaces.

SEPTIMO 2 – BYTYSIS is located in the Bratislava Petržalka district, at the intersection of Gogoľova and Údernícka streets.

The new project from the VI GROUP workshop is a complex of three multifunctional blocks, which will offer future owners a high standard of living together with versatile civic amenities.

There are a total of 302 apartments and suites in the structure of one-room, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. A balcony or terrace is a matter of course. Several flats and apartments on the 2nd floor are exclusively offered with a front garden.

We plan our buildings so that they fulfill their purpose in the long term. In order for them to become a natural part of the location where they will grow and not burden the environment, they were economical and ecological.

By offering commercial spaces, RNDZ increases the attractiveness of the location, which in the future is expected to form part of the center of gravity of the city.

RNDZ is located in the Bratislava - Rača district, Východné district, along Pri Šajbách - Sklabinská road.
